Trial Lessons and Open days

​

– A trial lesson has a value is €20 to be paid in cash at reception before the class begins. It is essential to reserve your spot in advance filling up the registration for trial lesson form

-Open days are free of charge. in specific announced dates

​

Classes and Memberships​

​

By signing the digital inscription form to join a membership you are abide and compel to the following terms and conditions (Articles 6:217 and 6:248 of the Dutch Civil Code). 

​

– All new members include an inscription fee (inschrijfgeld) of €20. If you participated in a trial lesson and you decide to sign up 7 days after a trial lesson, you can benefit from using the €20 value of a trial lesson into your inscription fee.

​​

- New season memberships, independently of their registration on a previous season have an inscription fee of €20.

​

-Inscription promotions and deals can only be applied once per student. If you cancel your enrolment, you will not be able to benefit from the same promotion again, even if it is still active.

​​​

-If you join a membership during the last 2 weeks of the month, you will be charged a proportional amount from the monthly payment of the membership of choice that is €24 plus the registration fee.

​

– Monthly payments must be made by direct transfer before the beginning of the month, or in cash before the 30th of the previous month. You must be up to date with payments in order to access the class.

​

– The school offers regular classes during a season. The season is from September to August.

 

- During the month of August 2026, you may renew your membership to maintain your spot for the next season and maintain your monthly rate + the registration fee. 

​

– The registration fee is non refundable.

​

– Monthly fees are fixed and independent of local or national holidays and the number of weeks in each month. See below for the scheduled dates in the season.

​

– You may make up one class per month within the following 8 weeks provided we have checked availability and the level is appropriate.

​

– In case of a returned direct debit payment, it will be reissued with a €4 fee to cover administrative costs, or you may pay it in cash within three days of notification.

​

- It is possible that the teacher, due to illness or maternity leave, will be replaced by another instructor appointed competent by the owner of Tuning In Femme.

​

Cancellations and Suspensions

​

– By signing up to a membership with Tuning In you are committed to pay the full season either in a monthly membership or season membership - one time payment.

Cancellation of any membership is only possible in two situations:

• within 14 days after your first class, or

• in exceptional cases such as a serious injury or medical condition. Medical documentation is required for this and approval is subject to Tuning In Femme.

In all other situations, the obligation to pay the full annual amount remains in force (Articles 6:217 and 6:248 of the Dutch Civil Code).

​

-For Monthly Memberships - You may request a temporary suspension of your enrolment only for health reasons by providing official documentation to the Administration Department. This is possible for a maximum of two months. After this period you will be requested to continue the payment of your membership either you participate in the class or not.

​

- For Season Memberships (year memberships) there is no possibility of temporary suspension and there is no refund. 

​

– Temporary or permanent cancellations must be communicated to reception in person, OFFICIALLY by email, or via WhatsApp.

Liability and Personal Responsibility

​

By participating in Tuning In classes, students acknowledge that all movement and physical activity are undertaken at their own risk.

Each participant is fully responsible for monitoring their own body and for any injury, discomfort, or physical condition that may occur during or after class.

Tuning In and its instructors are not liable for injuries or physical issues arising from participation.

​

Facilities and Community Guidelines

​​

• Wear comfortable sportswear: preferably dark or black if possible. Sports leggings or pants you can move well in, a T‑shirt or top, and optionally a sweater or jacket. Sports bra, socks, and indoor sports shoes.

• Sports shoes must not have been worn outdoors. This helps us keep the studio clean.

• Bring a small towel to place over any cushion you may use.

• Bring a sweater for the cooldown if you tend to get cold.

• A plastic bottle or water flask filled at home is required.

• Shoes, bags, keys, and phones are not allowed inside the studio. Leave them in the changing room. The studio will be closed during the class once everyone is inside.

• Turn off your mobile phone, or even better, leave it at home. This is for privacy and to maintain a calm environment during the class.

• If you have any discomfort or injury, please inform the instructor before the class so we can take it into account.

• Avoid eating a full meal within two hours before class. A light meal is recommended.

• Do not chew gum during the class.

We like to keep a clean and safe space, so eating is not allowed inside the studios. Drinks must be in closed bottles to avoid spills.

– We dance, have fun, learn, and sweat, so personal hygiene is essential for everyone’s comfort.

– Teachers reserve the right to advise students on the appropriate level for each class to ensure proper learning.

– The school reserves the right to modify schedules, days, teachers, or cancel a course.

• Maintain silence during meditation and respect the concentration of others. You may also leave the room quietly if needed.

• Do not consume alcohol before class and avoid drugs on the day you attend class.

• Children and pets are not allowed in the studio.

• For house rules and general terms, please check our website.

• If classes cannot be held in the studio, they will be offered online or outdoors when possible.

– Upon enrollment, you will sign the data protection and image consent forms. Images will not be shared with third parties; they will be used exclusively by the school for promotional purposes.

– Whenever possible, we like to celebrate public performances. Participation is completely voluntary. However, if you choose to participate, we require your commitment to rehearsals, the purchase of the necessary costume, and acceptance that photos and videos will be taken during the event for promotional and commemorative purposes. Participation implies consent for image use for this purpose.

Image Consent

In accordance with Law 1/1982 of May 5 on the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one’s own image, we request your explicit consent to use images captured through photographs and/or videos taken by our organization for publication on our website, advertising materials, and social media.

By signing this document, you grant explicit consent for the processing of the aforementioned data, or that of your child/ward in the case of minors.

Het adres van de studio is Markt 10A in Velden. Parkeren kun je op de markt. Neem de doorgang links van de ingang van het Kruidvat en loop tot achteraan de glazen schuifdeur rechts. De schuifdeur is gesloten tijdens de lessen. Wacht hier tot iemand de deur komt openen.
